- Monthly rate: $60.00 per night. $1,800.00 USD.
- Deposit: 50% down payment required to secure booking.
- Balance due: One week before arrival.
- Check in: 3 PM. Check out: 11 AM.
- Cancellation: 30 days advance notice required for deposit return.
